Product Description : FitDeck Core Blast belongs to our series of FitDeck Performance Products. Focus on these FitDeck titles if you want to take your performance to the next level. These FitDecks will challenge you to get stronger, faster, and more explosive. They will greatly enhance your endurance, agility, and athleticism. Use these FitDecks alone, with your most motivated workout partner, or with your team. FitDeck Core Blast is a no-equipment FitDeck specifically targeted to your abdominals, obliques, and lower back. All abs - all the time! Most appropriate for intermediate to advanced users who desire 6-pack abs. Ideal for athletes whose sport demands a strong and flexible core. Use as a stand-alone core workout or in conjunction with any workout regimen. FitDeck is a unique deck of Exercise Playing Cards that makes exercise more simple, convenient, and fun. FitDecks are available in 56-card and 26-card Booster decks. 56-card FitDecks specialize in bodyweight-only exercises (i.e. Bodyweight, Junior, Senior, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, Prenatal, and Postnatal). 26-card Boosters may require certain equipment (i.e. Exercise Ball, Pull Up bar, Dumbbell, Office, Travel, Kettlebell, etc.). Boosters can be used as a standalone workout or they can be combined with other FitDecks to create an even more challenging routine. Each card has three fitness levels to accommodate different abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Cards are held in a plastic cardholder making it easy to carry and draw cards while on the go. Shuffle cards before every workout to get a random sampling of upper, middle, lower, and full-body exercises. Never spend another minute trying to decide what kind of exercises to do. FitDeck does the thinking for you. Just shuffle, draw, and go. great adder to your fitdeck. shuffle these into your standard deck or do them on their own. my abs are on fire after only a couple of these cards. Fitdeck doesnt really introduce new exercises, but it is a really convenient way to trick yourself into a workout. just do a couple of cards on commercial breaks and you dont even notice your working out. The company at first sent me the wrong pack, but immediately sent out the correct one free of charge as soon as I pointed it out. Thanks! Getting back into fitness myself, I found these cards very useful for strengthening my body and also conditioning myself for other workouts &/or hobbies. Also as a beginner I found a couple of the exercises a bit challenging but they have beginners reps on the card and sometimes a modified version for beginners. The most difficult card for me, so far, has been the Spider Sprawl. As for the durability of the cards, I've only shuffled the deck a few times, I see a little bit of wear on the corners, but they should continue to hold up for the most part. As with any "card" you will see wear over time. As for the hard case that comes with it, they are perfect for portability and very strong so far. I throw a couple decks in my pocket and head down to the fitness center at work on breaks. They are very convenient and I like the fact that you can mix decks into one case for a whole new level of workouts. Also by shuffling the cards you never repeat the same workout. As an alternative to mixing decks:1)I take the Bodyweight deck and the Core Blast deck out of the cases.2)I turn over one card from each respective deck and perform the exercises shown.3)I place those cards underneath each respective deck and repeat.Since the Core deck has less exercises than the Bodyweight deck I get a unique workout every time.
